Coastal Map Collection

One of my favorite things to do is sit on the beach with my toes in the sand overlooking the vast ocean. The peaceful sounds and the never ending water seems to bring healing to my soul no matter what I brought with me. In a season of spending more time at home I began reminiscing on all of the beautiful places I have spent time with my family. Just reflecting on the fun stories and the peaceful feeling that comes with the salty air. I realized I wanted to create a series of work that reflected that same peace and brought those glorious memories bubbling back up. The Coastal Map Collection is a small series of work featuring coastline in North Carolina, South Carolina and Georgia. Each NOAA Map features a unique watercolor illustration specific to that region. These Maps are sure to bring back memories of sunshine and salt air and will make a beautiful conversation piece in any home!
