Making Monday [19]

Christmas time is here!!

Christmas is literally here. We have all been busy getting our homes ready for guests, and wrapping up those last minute details for gifts. I'm sure not everyone is finished yet but don't worry you still have a few hours ;) This week we hope you all will enjoy the time you get with family and also to remember the reason for the season isn't just getting things checked off your list!

This is a party where you can find fun new creative ideas and tasty recipes shared by amazingly talented people. Every Monday bloggers stop by to link up their posts and share with all you party goers. By joining in {both bloggers and non-bloggers} you will discover new blogs, be inspired to make something new, try a yummy new recipe, and most importantly make new friends!
This party is hosted by Lori and me, and your projects will be shared on both of our blogs. We love that you're here and we love featuring you on our social media so be sure to follow us so you can see if your post gets shared!
We also pin to our Making Monday Pinterest board and we'd love to have you follow along! This is a place you can find projects from all the previous parties, too, so it is like a party every day!

This is what your hostesses have been up to lately:

I've been busy getting the house ready and visiting my in-laws. Here is a little sneak peak of my holiday home tour!

Now because Christmas is here, I figured I would pick some features that would help you wrap up those loose ends. Here are some last minute easy gift ideas, pretty ways to wrap presents, and even some scrumptious sounding recipes!!

First is Robyn, Robyn is the hostess over at Robyn's View and she is sharing with us some fabulous Homemade Orange Cinnamon Rolls. I'm just gonna be honest, around here we get the Pillsbury kind in the can and LOVE them. But now that I have a recipe I'm gonna have to force my self to make these :)

Next is the fabulous Stacy from Stacy Makes Cents. She is a totally hilarious writer and even if you aren't interested in her Crock Pot Honey Ham (which sounds delicious and anything in a crock is easy so why not try it) you should read her post because it will make you smile and maybe chuckle to yourself!

Finally wrapping up our foodies we have Phyllis of Grandparents Plus sharing her Holiday Punch. This punch sounds delicious and with no alcohol it can be enjoyed by everyone all day :) I'm thinking I may have to stir some of this up for my family this Christmas eve!

Next we have our gift portion of our features. Hopefully most of you have your gifting finished by now but just incase there are a few stragglers or you have a few surprise guests that you need a quick fix for we got ya covered!

First is from Two It Yourself. These sisters share a super easy way to kncock-off a Pottery Barn Canvas Wine Bag. Yep, all you need to make this gift is a drop cloth, some ink in your printer, and a bottle of wine!  Easy peasy!

Next is this goofy gift for the extra little kiddos running around. Maybe a good stocking stuffer too. Bonnie of Make Time 2 Craft is sharing her "Reindeer Poop"! Yep, instead of coal this year be careful you may get some less than desirable droppings!

Lastly is a post full of great ideas to spice up your gift wrapping. These Gift Wrapping Ideas are shared by Elizabeth Joan Designs and will make all your presents look like you spent a million bucks! Not to mention they will look super snazzy under your tree before the kiddos tear in to them :)

There you have it! Our lovely features helping you get ready for the big day!! If you were one of the lucky features PLEASE grab a button and share it with some friends.
